                       1- Purchasing a License
                       -----------------------

	You may evaluate Cwave for a 10 day trial period.  If you 
would like to continue to use Cwave after the 10 day trial period,
you must purchase a license.  To purchase a license send $10.00, 
check or money order, and the following user-information to 
Pika Software:

	NAME	
	ADDRESS			
	PHONE NUMBER
	SOFTWARE BEING LICENSED (Cwave)

	Indicate how you would like your license delivered; USPS,
fax, or e-mail.  Make checks payable to Pika Software.  Mail the 
check and user-information to:

	Seattle, WA 98145

	Pika Software will then send you a license number.  Run 
Cwave and follow the instructions given to complete the licensing 
process.

	THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY 
KIND. FURTHER, PIKA SOFTWARE DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE 
ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE, OR THE RESULTS OF USE, OF 
THE SOFTWARE IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, 
CURRENTNESS, OR OTHERWISE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND 
PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS ASSUMED BY YOU. IF THE SOFTWARE IS 
DEFECTIVE YOU, AND NOT PIKA SOFTWARE OR ITS DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS,
AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES, ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY 
SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION.

BY USING CWAVE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LIMITED 
WARRANTY, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS' TERMS AND 
CONDITIONS. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT THE LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE 
COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES 
AND SUPERSEDES ALL PROPOSALS OR PRIOR AGREEMENTS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, 
AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE PARTIES RELATING TO THE 
SUBJECT MATTER OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY.




                      3- Installing Cwave
                      -------------------

	The Cwave application consists of four files:

	1- README.TXT (this file)
	2- CWAVE.EXE
	3- CWAVE.HLP
	4- BWCC.DLL

	To install Cwave, simply create a new directory on your 
hard drive and move the Cwave files there.

	Cwave can be executed by simply double clicking on 
cwave.exe in the Windows file manager, or by creating a new 
program-item in the Windows program manager.  See the program 
manager help file for instructions on creating a new program item.

                        5- Distributing
                        ---------------

You are encouraged to pass a copy of Cwave along to your friends 
for evaluation. If you do so, you must provide them with the
